David Lucas Biography
I really prefer not to talk about myself but, instead, focus on my clients. So, here is a short look at my professional career
- 1984: Started the first RE/MAX in San Diego County: RE/MAX Associates
- 1986: Became licensed as a real estate broker
- 1991: Founded Fidelity Funding as a mortgage brokerage
- 1993: Joined Countrywide Funding as loan originator
- 1998: Founded Lucas Realty Group and Lucas Mortgage Funding
- 2003: Rejoined RE/MAX as a broker associate
- 2009: Founded The San Diego Real Estate Guy
Mission Statement: Serve God first and my clients as unto God.
The meaning of my mission statement: Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. (Matt 22:37-39) Therefore, I will make every effort to give my clients the very highest courtesy, respect and care; to use the years of knowledge and experience I have accumulated to provide my clients with an understanding of the marketplace, skilled and thoughtful negotiations, understanding of the processes involved in making a purchase, access to the best available services and technologies, and conscientious, consistent and reliable communication. My highest hope is that my clients will be pleased to have worked me and satisfied that I have helped them achieve their goals.
